Spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool and lovely garden. Javea town 2.5kms.
Mimosa is a spacious villa sleeping up to a maximum of six. It has a large pool 9m x 4.5 set within a lovely garden with lawns and many Mediterranean shrubs. There is a large paved terrace with a pergola by the built barbecue, perfect for an evening in or a lazy lunch. The partially covered terrace, overlooking the pool, runs almost the entire length of the villa and is the ideal place to relax in the shade with a book. A few steps lead up to the villa, from the parking area, and in to the entrance hall. There are two double bedrooms, one twin, an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room. The large lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished and have English TV, DVD, video (selection of tapes) and hi-fi (selection of LP's and CD's). Free WiFi connection and phone giving free calls to *Spanish landline. The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and a service patio with washing machine. Villa Mimosa is located very close to the old town of Javea with its indoor market selling fresh produce. A wander through the narrow streets is a must, stopping off for a plate of tapas and a welcome drink and to admire the traditional architecture. The port of Javea is lovely and here you are spoilt for choice of restaurant and bar by the beach, listening to the lapping waves. There is more activity at the Arenal beach and endless restaurants on the beach front with a superb view out to sea. There are many scenic coves around offering more privacy. A few kilometres inland are many unspoilt mountain villages where the locals welcome all. Just half hours drive to Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia and Benidorm Palace. Altea, Denia and Calpe are close by and accessible by boat and train for a day trip out. Valencia, just one hour by car, is steeped in history and culture. Barcelona is possible on a day trip by train. Javea, the perfect location, has something for everyone, within reach
