The villa is situated in a quiet area, between the beaches and the hills of Camaiore: a few minutes drive to the nice sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.A supermarket open every day, on Sunday,too, is at 2km and all town's facilities are easy to reach: plenty of good restaurants/pizzerias are at 1 or 2 km, nice shopping on the coast, on the 'Promenade' in Viareggio and in the renowned Forte dei Marmi.The villa is a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany, too: Lucca (25mins), Pisa ( 30mins),Florence (70mins). From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting daily excursions by boat to the 'Elba' isle, the 'Cinque Terre', 'Portovenere', 'Lerici' can be made. All kind of sports can be practised: water sports (wind surf, surf, swimming), tennis, horseback riding, cycling, biking, golf club in Forte dei Marmi and in Pietrasanta.
