A lovely sunny 2 bedroom modern apartment with swimming pool, in a great location only 50 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach. Les Palais des Domes is an ideal holiday residence with all the features of a new building. it has air conditioning, very good security, a lovely sunny terrace and great swimming pool. On entry to this 2nd floor apartment (with lift) you have a hallway, to your right you have a very nice and cosy living room with a 2 and 3 seater sofa, large TV (and DVD) and stereo (English Sat TV , BBC, ITV and Sky news) a dining table with 6 chairs, an American style open planned kitchen with breakfast bar (the kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob microwave kettle and toaster). Both through the living room and kitchen you can access the lovely sunny terrace. In the hallway you have a separate WC and handbasin. In the master bedroom you have a lovely King size double bed and plenty of storage cupboard.

    There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

    A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
