This self catering apartment is for rent in an outstanding location with amazing views. This 2 bedroom apartment is built and furnished to a high standard. There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room with a relaxing terrace outside. The apartment has a cooker fridge, microwave TV, DVD and washing machine. There are two bedrooms and a bath/shower room. There is a beautifully landscaped communal pool available to residents only . Situated on a mountain (Cumbre del sol) it is in a lovely peaceful stress free location whilst being part of a complex that has an amazing 'infinity' pool and a further larger pool a 2 minute walk away, available to residents only. The Bar/Bistro at the pool complex is open all year round and all is accessed with a key available from the owner. Also within a 10 minute walk away is a small commercial centre with a few restaurants, bars and a bank. The beach of Playa del Moraig is a 5 minute drive away which is situated on the mountain.

The Cumbre del sol has areas of national parks with horse riding facilities and walking routes and a lovely beach with two little bars. The adjoining village of Benitachell is only 5 minutes away and is a quaint Spanish village renowned for fiestas throughout the year. Moraira is only 5km away and is ideally situated between the coast with sandy beaches and rocky coves. It also has lovely little shops and restaurants. Overlooking Moraira is the castle at Elportet, this area has a lovely beach with shops bars and restaurants surrounded by whitewashed villas nestling on the tree-covered hillsides. Javea is only 7km away and is a town of great beauty and magical landscapes.There is the old town steeped in history and the Arenal area which is the commercial and tourist area.
