Located in a quiet residential building. Accessed by stairs or by lift. Marble floors throughout, entirely redecorated. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: spacious living room with comfortable double sofa bed, desk, dining area. Kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed (in the second floor apartment, the king size double bed can be split into twin beds). Right at the centre of Cannes in the trendy part of town known as the 'Carre d'Or', between the Croisette and the rue d'Antibes. Restaurants, bars, local shops and market just up the street. Ideal if you are on business in Cannes, these apartments are right next to the Palais des Festivals and can be used as an office or for small meetings. Both apartments are also perfect for a leisure break.

This second floor apartment can be accessed by lift. Fully redecorated in fresh blue and white colours at the end of year 2007. Marble floors throughout. Can easily accommodate 4 guests: double sofa bed in the living room and king size double bed (splits in to two singles) in the bedroom. Dining area for 4.

La Croisette and the beaches just paces away, and train and bus stations within only a 5 minute walk. These apartments are 3 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, and can be used as an office. Ideal if you are on business in Cannes. Also perfect for a leisure break. Cannes -renowned for its international luxury stores and its chic boutiques- is a shoppers paradise. Alternatively you may just want to walk around the lovely markets (Forville and Gambetta). There are many restaurants from fine dining to simple Mediterranean; beaches and spas for relaxation, or cafes, bars, late night clubs and casinos. You may also want to discover more about Provence and head out of town for the day. Car, trains, buses or even boats will take you to beautiful towns and villages such as Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Antibes, Nice and Monaco.

I go to Cannes fairly regularly on business, and I like to extend my stay for the weekend.

The apartment was just perfect for me. Close to everything: I could walk to all my meetings from the apartment. As for breakfasts, lunches and dinners: there is a market further up the street, a choice of bakeries and grocery stores nearby, and restaurants all around.
I did not have a car, but I certainly did not need one.

The building is very quiet, the bed comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay.

There was no Internet connexion at the time, but apparently the owners have installed it now, which is great.
Next time I go to Cannes, I am definitely staying there!
