This flat is on 1st floor of a traditional building and has just been superbly renovated to provide a high standard of accommodation. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided free of charge. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing an electric shower and very large walk-in wardrobe. The lounge has a large flat screen television mounted on the wall with full High Definition satellite television. There is as separate dining area with table and four chairs. The kitchen has all modern appliances and there is a separate WC. and bathroom. Local amenities include a theatre, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, local bus stop and 24 hour shop. 5 minutes walk will take you to Princes St and George St where many shops, restaurants, bars, night-clubs can be found and 10 minutes walk will take you to Edinburgh Castle.
