The outside area is fully enclosed and consists of a mainly gravelled area witha large table and seats. The very large communal swimming pool is only a 2 minute walk away as are the tennis courts, horse riding, bar and restaurant, supermarket and pharmacy.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking conditions : A €200 non-refundable deposit is require to secure your reservation with the balance payable in full 6 weeks before your holiday starts. An additional €100 (refundable) security deposit is required at this time.
  Rates include electricity, water and gas. All linen and towels included except beach towels.
  
• There will be an extra charge of €50 per week for use of the air conditioning.
  
• If you are staying for 2 weeks and would like a basic (bathroom & kitchen) mid-stay clean with change of bedlinen there will be a €30 charge extra.

If you are after an holiday with plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy then this is the villa for you! Within a 2 minute walk are clay and astro turf tennis courts and a riding stables with approximately 12 horses. If golf is your sport then as well as the 18 hole course at the Marriot hotel, you will also find other superb courses all within a 30/40 minute drive in Javea, Moiraira, Calpe, Oliva and Benidorm. Also nearby is the magnificent Montgo mountain with its surrounding natural park including many easy and more difficult walks
