The local area is well known for fishing, walking, cycling, golf, parachuting, sailing, canoeing, wind surfing, and sky diving. Ample off road parking. Children and pets welcome. Own Transport reccomended.

4/5 bedroom detached house set within 2.5 acres , built 4 years ago with garden and patio. Pets and children welcome. Ornamental koi Carp Lake with bbq and picnic area. Small purpose built paddling pool, (adult supervision required). Childrens outdoor toys and equipment, basketball net, Separate shower/toilet and laundry block within grounds for use when using outdoor space if you so wish. Designated dog walking area (please use doggie bags) provided. Fish pellets can be purchased to feed koi 20p per bag. Fresh laundry provided on weekly basis if requested. General provisions can be ordered before 2pm each day.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the ground floor although we are not fully disabled accessible we do have a ramp to front entrance and 2 bedrooms and WC on the ground floor so accessible to elderly or infirm. This property is ideal for large parties with extra accommodation units adjacent for up to13 persons

This property is non smoking however you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

We are set in 2.5 acres with a lake and seating area for picnics, BBQ's or just watch the fish feeding. We have a communal area with purpose built paddling pool for the small children (or big kids) also childrens outdoor toys and small sandpit.
