This beautifully presented villa is located in the prestigious ‘El Rosario’ area of Marbella just 40 KM from Málaga airport. The villa was subject to major renovation in November '06 and has been finished to a very high standard with tasteful decoration and furnishings throughout. The spacious kitchen boasts an Arga and an American style fridge/freezer. The villa has central heating throughout for the winter season and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a lovely big terrace that over looks the pool and gardens with a further dining area and a large barbeque for your use. This villa would suit those who require a high standard of accommodation in a superb location. It comes with our highest recommendation. An extensive welcome pack is also provided for your arrival which includes, wine, beer, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, crisps, orange juice, butter, 5L water and cheese.

This villa is perfectly located in the residential area of El Rosario, which is located about 6 KM along the coast from Marbella Town, west of Málaga. The area is made up of large well-maintained villas all surrounding the very popular 'El Casco' tennis club. Here you will find restaurants and bars with a supermarket just below (next to the main A7 road, which gives excellent communications for Gibraltar and all the coastal towns). Crossing the bridge over the main road will take you to the beaches. Travel a further 5 Km down the road and you discover “Elviria” here you have a much larger choice of wonderful restaurants, bars and the beaches.

Car Hire and airport transfers: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the arrivals lounge of the airport an directed to the apartment by our car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a fully comprehensive quote. A 3 door Punto will cost around 118 Euros per week. The apartment has a private car parking space in the garage (under the apartments) which is suitable for a saloon car (not 4x4). We can also arrange airport transfer for you from the Airport directly to the apartment.

Tourist insofrmation: El Rosario is also well located to travel to many places. Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
