A really stunning and bright 2 bedroom (5th floor) apartment only 150 meters from beach. This apartment is in a charming, quiet and typically Nicoise French building, it has been modernized and refurnished throughout. On entry you have a large bright living room with great double aspect, full length corner windows. It has a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV (inc BBC, ITV, Sky news and CNN) DVD and Hifi. There is a extremely comfortable sofa/bed a further armchair and dining table and 4 chairs. There is a separate kitchen area with full facilities incl. hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size double bed (that is pull down) and can be stored upright when not in use. The master bedroom has a unique Baroque style king size bed and storage cupboards. The shower/wet-room has a double size shower and tiled using large grey/brown granite tiles with modern furnishings. There is a full surround balcony around the whole apartment
