This is truly a unique apartment! - One of the very few apartments (or only) located In the heart of the old town of Nice with stunning views from its 11 meter south facing terrace - sea views across the rooftops and the view of the chateau and waterfall. The livingroom has a double sofabed and 2 further comfy armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. Flat screen full size TV including Sky (with BBC, ITV and sky news etc) CD and Hifi ADSL/wifi internet access (free of charge) The livingroom has double doors onto balcony - which makes for stunning views inside or outside the apartment. There is a double bedroom - with king size double bed – with doors onto balcony. There is a large shower-room. The stunning aspect of this apartment is the full length south facing balcony. This is equipped with 2 comfy chairs 2 sun loungers and a dining table and chairs. The balcony has outside lighting is totally secluded with stunning views across rooftops to sea - perfect sunbathing trap in privacy.

  • There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

    It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap)

    A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
