Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of GBP100 must be paid up front byin order to reserve the villa and cover any potential breakages. Deposits will be returned once an inventory has been checked. Normally within 14 days. Our rental rates include NORMAL, economical use of water and electricity.
  
• The full amount of rent for the stay must be paid in advance of your stay. Please pay the full amount by electronic transfer at least 4 weeks before the first day of your stay.
  If you are looking for a last minute trip please contact us and we will be able to organise arrangements and payments. This location is ideal for that last minute get away from it all!
  
• Fly any day of the week to take advantage of cheaper flights (we do not specify Saturday change overs any time of year!). Keys are collected from management company located near the resort.Price is inclusive of air-conditioning, cleaning, linen and towels. For bookings of 2 weeks or more a mid-stay clean and linen change is also included.

The Golf Course is an impressive 92 hectares. It’s wide and spacious, with long holes and lots of lakes and it’s very soft because it’s built on natural ground. Nevertheless, there are some very well-planned obstacles. Its 6700 metres. There is no such thing as a 'slow game', so you can enjoy the course calmly, without hurrying. It’s incredible how soon people get used to this pace of life.
