'PITI Country Home' - Great atmosphere and relaxing view over the typical Tuscan hills surrounded by vineyards, olive and cypress trees. The typical Tuscan architecture dates back to the year 1700 with an exclusive court-yard including an antique oven and a barbecue ideal for dining outside in summer. An extensive garden area invites pathways and enjoys the total peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Despite its total privacy, the villa is only a few km from San Gimignano (25 minutes drive), Greve (20 minutes), Firenze (30 minutes) and Siena (30 minutes). All essential services are in the small town of Mercatale which is at 5 minutes drive. Amenities: Nearest horse riding (5 Km) - Golf Country Club 'Ugolino' (20 Km). Fenced swimming pool (5x10m) Laundry room with washing machine – Domestic help available on request.
