Situated on the hill outside Santa Eulalia but only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre, the apartment is located in a very small and exclusive development of 4 properties. The Apartment is built over 3 floors with its own private pool. The Apartment has spectacular view across the mountains with sea view and magnificent view of Santa Eulalia. Each bedroom has is own en-suite bathroom, the apartment is fully air conditioned. The open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge measures 25 meters in length and is furnished to a very high standard with sofa bed if required There is a new fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances. From the lounge you look out onto your very own 15 x 5 meter swimming pool, around the pool are sun beds and a dining table with seating for 6 people, from here you can enjoy the spectacular view across Santa Eulalia.

Art Galleries, the beautiful and exclusive Yacht Marina, some of the island's best restaurants, some very exclusive shopping, and a thriving all-year community, ensure that life in Santa Eulalia is led at a rather slower and more relaxing pace. There are some excellent bars here too, but the nightlife is nothing like Ibiza or San Antonio.

I would say a villa more than apartment

The apartment is situated on a small hill in Santa Eulalia far away from the town not to hear the noise but is about a 15min walk along the beach max!.Which is great to walk off a big meal or a few drinks or work up your appetite. Its also 5 mins walking distance to the local supermarket and a few local restaurants.
The apartment its self is more like a villa and the photos do not do it justice!
The main bedroom is huge! It's open plan with a terrace over looking the pool and the sea. The bathroom has a big seperate shower, seperate toilet, double sink and a jacuzzi. The two further bedrooms are smaller but are of a good standard.
The main living area has a double height ceiling and it is massive! huge tv, great sound system, open plan kitchen and dining with two sets of double doors onto the terrace with a pool, dining area and more views over the sea.
The room has loads of comfy cushions and loads of candles, a great place for a party had we known how big it was. Its a great place to stay with friends!
I would definately recommend staying there to anyone and would consider staying there again if i go to Ibiza

Luxury Accommodation with great access to beaches.

The accommodation is excellent: clean, spacious, modern and well maintained with all the conveniences and appliances of a home from home. The patio and pool area is fantastic with lots of room for everyone - it caters for those who want to swim in the large pool, to the great outside dining area with spectalur views down to the sea and over the Santa Eulalia bay. The outside area is a sun trap from dawn to dusk and there is no shortage of sun loungers, chairs or parasols. The standard of accommodation in this apartment (although as per the previous reviews, this is more like a villa) is very good, the 3 double bedrooms are very large, and the master bedroom is exceptional.

The apartment is a short walk down to the beach and the walk along the beach into Santa Eulalia is only 10mins with a very good range of bars and restaurants.

There is a choice of 2 local supermarkets within 5 mins walk from the apartment, and the larger supermarket is easy to find and walk to in the centre of town.

The accommodation and location is an excellent choice for famlies or a group of friends, you will not be disappointed with the apartment.

great accomodation - well located

just stayed here for one week with my family

the road access to the villa is great - i keep saying villa because i forget it was an apartment because it does not feel like an apt

the building itself is beautiful, lovely entrance, very high ceilings, big rooms, lots of space to spread out, lovely pool area

accommodation was immaculate and every need catered for - home from home - very comfortable good quality furnishings

beautiful views and a lovely beach at the bottom of the street about 2 mis walk away - the street is steep but we found it ok to walk up and down - you can get the car down

a real plus point is the fact that you can leave the car and walk to restaurants of an evening

a 10 min walk along the beach will take you to the centre of santa elualia where you will find really good freshly prepared food at a very good price and some very good shops

however, there are other more local restaurants even closer in the neighbouring streets - also with good price freshly prepared food

you're only 5 min in the car from the hippy market - a real hit with teenagers

if members of you're group want to go clubbing in other resorts eg to the likes of space, pacha, ibiza rocks etc it costs 30 to 35 euro in a taxi

Fabulous villa

Absolutely brilliant stay! The villa was stunning - the website photos do not do it justice. It is huge and beautifully decorated with great facilities and amazing views. It is also in a great location for getting around the island. We had the best time and are definitely coming back next year!

The yacht hire is a must!
