Self catering holiday rental. The 2 bedroom property has recently been refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful marble flooring throughout the apartment. It also offers a large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea & Tropical gardens. For your comfort there are sun loungers, table & chairs also on the balcony. The spacious lounge is furnished to a high standard, with doors leading to the balcony. The apartment is fitted with Cable TV, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer, washing machine,Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Ironing board, High Chair, King size bed, 2 Single Beds, travel cot & safe.

A five minute walk to the local beach (Mijas), which offers a selection of bars & restaurants. There is a choice of 3 large swimming pools within the complex to choose from along with 2 childrens swimming pools and a jacuzzi pool. On site there is also a sport centre for you to use offering its own swimming pools, tennis courts, bowls & golf courses, After you have had enough of the sports relax in the sports centre bar/restaurant. Then enjoy the ambience of the Miraflores Club House offering breakfasts, lunches, candle lit dinners, BBQ's or just drinks at the bar whilst joining in with a game of chess or Bridge. The Club House also boasts evening entertainment.

Local Area: There is 2 supermarkets and many shops in La Plaza which is 500 yards from the apartment. Surrounding La Plaza, along the beach front & within the Complex are a great variety of restaurants and bars for you to choose from.

Climate/Golfing: The area is has a great climate all year round. The summer is hot especially July/August. Winter days are very beautiful but can be chilly in the evenings. April-June & September-November are the best times for a comfortable temperature. The Costa del Sol is famous for its variety of golf courses, offering something for every level. On the door step is Miraflores golf club which also offers excellent restaurants, bars and floor shows.

Airport Information: Malaga airport is approx 30 minutes drive. Transfers can be pre-arranged by many companies. The other option for transfer is a train directly from the airport into Fuengirola Station and then a taxi to the resort.

Two weeks in August 09

We had the loveliest time staying in this spacious, airy and spotlessly clean apartment. The welcome from Adam and Theresa was like a homecoming after our journey from England. The kitchen was easy to use (though for a two week holiday in that heat we could have done with an American size fridge!) and it was useful to have the washing machine. The balcony was huge, and great to sit out on for breakfast and evening meals overlooking the gorgeous gardens and the Mediterranean sea. We had record high temperatures but the apartment was well kitted out with fans, and well designed to cope in those conditions. The bathroom is really beautiful. Our son enjoyed watching kids satellite TV, which was useful for us, as there is no DVD player. The restaurant/cafe by the pool was a useful spot for us all to chill after a day at the beach or an excursion and the staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating - the food's pretty good too! There are loads of restaurants and beaches to choose from nearby. And the supermarket is open all the time if you want to eat in. Beware if you don't like washing up though as there is no dishwasher! We enjoyed the Riviera Playa and visited it several times as the sand was good for making sandcastles, and there are a few rocks pools as well. Even in the height of the season we had no trouble getting sunbeds under an umbrella. From the Miraflores we were able to easily visit Benalmadena (the cable car and the Selwo Marine Park, Fuengirola (a boat trip), Mijas Pueblo (highly recommended) and even Gibraltar (don't forget your passports!). For family accommodation this apartment comes highly recommended.

Holiday Home.

On arrival at the apartment we were greeted by Adam and Theresa where they kindly gave us a bottle of champagne to welcome us and to wish us a lovely holiday. We thought this was a lovely touch.
Having stayed at many holiday apartments in various locations, this is by far one of the nicest. Everything so clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is wonderful.
The pool area and gardens are lovely, very well kept and the bar staff very friendly and gave us lots of useful local information and tips.
There are a number of very good restaurants and bars within walking distance, our favourite was Max's Beach Bar which is far grander than the name implies, the food is gorgeous and we ended up going there twice the latter being our wedding anniversary, a lovely place to celebrate.
We didn't hire a car but found the buses reliable and cheap, under 2 euros to both Marbella one way and Fuengirola the other.
Adam and Theresa came to see us again as we left and we all agreed that if ever we returned to this area for another holiday we would definately rent this apartment again.
We would reccommend it to anyone.

had a relaxing time in this apartment enjoying the sunshine. this was an excellent base for our break - it was spacious,very clean and modern. therese & adam were very welcoming and the mIraflores club was close at hand. there are a supermarket and restaurants close at hand and the location is ideal for visits to different resorts and the many golf courses. would not hesitate to recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Just back from the appartment, this are 6th year now, and the appartment just seems to get better and better, what with the recent updates to the kitchen bathroom etc.
The appartment is always 5 star. All your needs are close at hand.
You are always made very welcome by Adam and Teresa, nothing is too small or too great.
The appartment is very centrel and close to all ammenities, the sea, golfing eating out.
Whether you want to stay on the balcony all day to view the fantastic sea view, sit in the private garden or one of the many pools on the urbanisation, the chose is yours, so much to choose from.
A hire car is not a must as the local shops cater very well, for those who wish to self cater, and are very reasonably priced.
The locat restaurants also cater for all needs whether you want a take away, to a 5 star hotel restaurant meal.
There is lots to see if you want more than a chilled holiday, such as Porta Banus, Marbella, Rohnda village and Mijas or it you want tax free shopping Gabralter.

Just en- joy, Home from Home.
