This brand new ground floor fully air conditioned 2 bed apartment is on an exclusive development in Kapparis, a short walk from the beaches and bars, shops and other amenities. It is a quiet resort and is 2km from the livelier resort of Protaras and 13km from the hustle bustle of Agia Napa. It sleeps 7 comfortably and is furnished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer etc. The living area boasts comfortable seating with 32' flay screen TV with satellite and DVD player. There are also a selection of books and DVDs for your use. There is a dining table and chairs both inside the apartment and on the veranda which benefits from afternoon and evening sunshine. There is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom plus double sofa bed providing comfortable accommodation. The communal pool is attractively landscaped and has below level changing facilities with showers and toilets. Kapparis is a perfect base for your holiday.

Located in the quiet up and coming resort of Kapparis the apartment benefits from the quiet coastal village amenities whilst being close to the towns of Paralimni for shopping and bars, Protaras for endless bars and restaurants along with busier beaches with watersports and the world famous Agia Napa for its nightlife, beaches and water park which is one of the biggest in Europe. Kapparis provides all you need within walking distance including shops bars and beaches. There are a number of restaurants which cater for traditional Cypriot cuisine plus Italian, Chinese and English including a great fish and chip shop. The local beaches are quiet and unspoilt and are a short walk away. The local Cypriots use these beaches in the evenings and they provide fantastic relaxing days with rock pools and shallow seas for the children. Fireman's Beach has a new roadway leading down to it and there are some watersports available for those that don't want to travel up the coast to Protaras.

The Apartment is really lovely.
All the mod coms.
Decorated to a high standard.
Loads of room to chill out.
Nice Pool area
Quiet Location but not too far away from all the amenties.

we spent a week in this great property in October this year, it was clean spacious, and well decorated. It is close to everything you need shops and beaches.
Would recommend this property and will be going back in 09.
