  Rates are for 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Rate reduction of $100. usd per night if you wish to rent 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
  
• Daily maid service (except Sundays) and all taxes and fees are included in the nightly rates.
  
• Discount given for rentals of 14 nights, or more. Two weeks booking = 10% discount. Four weeks = 25%.

Facilities at VDM II are for owners, their guests, and renters, only. No outside guests are allowed. Swimming in pool permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., only. No rough-housing , diving, or 'chicken-fighting' is allowed. Soft floats are allowed as long as they do not interfere with swimmers. No chairs or lounge furniture may be placed in pool. Music w/headphones, only. No excessive noise on pool deck or terrace after 8:00 p.m. in order to maintain a tranquil ambiance for everyone. You will be furnished a copy of the rules at VDM II, and required to sign off on them at check-in.

Villa del Mar II is the newest complex on Fatima Bay in Puerto Aventuras. There are 32 condos arranged in horseshoe fashion around the swimming pool. Our unit is the second floor of the front building, with a private staircase from the terrace directly down to the beach and pool. This gives you direct access to all the water activities, while maintaining the ocean view from all rooms and terrace in # 201. Enjoy grilling, dining, lounging, and the jetted, tiled, tub on the terrace. You can keep an eye on the family while staying in the shade, or return easily to the fridge for cold drinks for the kids. While enjoying the terrace view you will have much more privacy in our second floor location than those in the walk-out ground floor condo. You still have direct access to the pool and beach when utilizing the private stairs.

Just a stroll along the beach or on quiet surface streets takes you to the centre of Puerto Aventuras. The many alfresco cafes are built around the marina, where there is a Dolphin Swim, seals and manatees. Sport fishing charters are available by the day or half-day. Scuba diving instruction, certification, and dive trips can be arranged at Dive Aventuras, located on the main street and at the end of the Omni Hotel's pool. The coral reef just offshore is perfect for snorkeling, with the best access near the Omni's lifeguard tower. If golf and tennis are on your agenda, just across from the town center is the Puerto Aventuras Club with pro shop. Open from dawn to dusk. Greens fees are $79. Be as active or relaxed as you like. Explore Mayan Ruins and jungles or just swim and enjoy the sun. It's all there for you.
