80 sqm penthouse 3 bed recently renovated apartment sleeps 6. Amazing views of the mountains and village with 2 plasma TV's, Sky and Bose i-pod speaker dock. Morzine is in the French Alps . The town is renowned as an ideal centre for an activity holiday in the summer and a ski holiday in the winter. In the summer, visitors enjoy diverse activities from tennis and swimming in the Olympic size pool to downhill biking on the surrounding mountains. In winter the skiing is amongst the best in the world Morzine being at the heart of the Portes du Soleil Ski area. Both ski lifts are 200m walk away. Despite its popularity it retains the traditional charm of a French market town. It's just a short drive (1 hour) from Geneva with its lake and international airport. Local taxi service available.

Superb luxurious apartment in the Savoyarde village of Morzine. Offers both winter and summer sports and activities. In the heart of the Portes du Soleil one of the largest ski and snow boarding areas in Europe. It offers snow parks, pistes, ice hockey, skating. This warm , spacious accomodation which is well equiped has lovely views and balconies . It has parking and a garage, washing machine, dishwasher , plasma TV's, sky . The resort is fantastic for mountain biking and walking in the summer. Geneva is a short drive with shopping and culture. The village has lots of bars , restaurants & clubs.

It offers a fantastic ski region, mountain biking resort, summer resort for walking .It has lots of local activities for a fun holiday or can be a mountain get away in a romantic setting. Morzine offers something for everyone . The apartment is luxurious and in a fantastically convenient location for skiing. The Pleney and Super Morzine lifts are a few minutes walk from the front door.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. we have been to Morzine for the last 5 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. loved looking out at the Pleny there are not complaints at all. Really hope we can get it for next year!

Fantastic ski week at Schuss4

I chose the apartment due to its proximity to the Pleney ski lifts.  I stayed there with my 2 children, aged 4 and 6 and therefore wanted a hassle free location which did not involve ski buses.  The apartment is 200m from the ski lift and from the ski schools, well within walking distance even with children in ski boots.The apartment itself is lovely - spacious, luxurious with all mod cons.  We had 6 in total staying there and even with just 1 bathroom, it was fine.  The views are spectacular and it is incredibly convenient for shops and good restaurants.The only downside was early morning noise on 3 mornings.  The apartment block is on the main road through Morzine and after snowfalls the snowploughs have to clear the road.  They start at 4am and are right beneath the master bedroom.  If it does not snow, no problem, if it does, those in the master bedroom will have disturbed nights.Despite this we had a fantastic week.  The kids loved ski school, loved the apartment and would love to go back.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind words - the appartment was all the work of my partner - an obvious ladies touch - I got to chose the 280 litre bath and power shower which I find is essential !
Apologies for the noise of the ploughs but I bet the snow was good !
