The b&b Sarnico-holiday house is located in Sarnico, a nice town on Lake Iseo, in a property in phase of restructure, at number 26 of Lantieri street where on May 2007 was created the well known bed and breakfast-holiday house Centrostoricosarnico. The structure is located into a pedestrian street near a romantic new lake-front. It's not only a summer holiday rental but is very nice and relaxing for workers, managers and families. Into the property there is the possibility to rent a smaller flat of 50 mq ,a second flat of 80mq,a bigger flat of 100 mq self catered or sleep in double rooms with breakfast included. Lake Iseo is the 4th lake in the north of Italy for extension and has the biggest European island of lake: MonteIsola. Sarnico is an important town on the lake and is located into a strategic position at 25 km from Bergamo, the airport of Orio, Brescia. It's a new town, an important commercial centre full of nice shops, panoramic views and monuments

The beb sarnico-apartment is made up of 3 types of apartments. The double bedrooms have, each one, independent bathrooms with shower, air conditioned, hot hair heating, free internet adsl line, mini fridge, coffee machine, boiler, TV satellite. The first flat called PICCOLO NIDO is made up of two rooms. In particular there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, TV satellite, free internet adsl line and a bedroom with double bed, bath with shower, air conditioned and heating, It's measures 50 mq. The first apartment can hosp maximum 4 persons. The second apartments called GARDENIA is bigger, measures 80mq with kitchen and 2 double bedrooms The second flat can hosp maximum 6 persons. The third flat called BOUGANVILLE is made up of a dining-sitting room with kitchen and the same characteristics of the first and second flat and 3 double bedrooms each one with independent bathrooms with shower. The third apartment can hosp maximum 8 persons and measures 100 mq

Our sailing team were in Sarnico for a regatta. The place was slap in the centre of town about a 10 minute wak from the sailing club. Umberto the owner was incredibly helpful and went beyond one would normally expect from the owner of a B&B / hotel. A cost effective and comfortable stay. Its also well worth a trip up to the restaurant that overlooks the lake. Umberto's friend runs it, its in my top five steaks of all time.

i think that is important to follow all tourists in the property and satisfy your requests if is possible.the tourist need to be at one's ease,to feel at home.
