Spacious villa in quiet hillside location with stunning views of Alcossebre. The villa benefits from a well maintained pool and garden including a large terrace and spacious BBQ area. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fourth bedroom with an ensuite is accessed by a separate entrance. Large lounge/ dining area with separate well equipped kitchen. The villa is situated on the outskirts of Alcossebre which has unspoilt sandy beaches and fantastic amenities. The town and beaches are a 15 minute walk away.

Road up to villa a challenge!! 1st gear all the way! Spacious and well laid out villa. Large rooms and 3 bathrooms a bonus. Large terrace was great for evenings as was the excellent barbeque area. Villa needs a little TLC (lightbulbs blown and terrace light not working, as well as pool lighting not working) but issues we had were quickly addressed by Barry who was very helpful. Nice sunbathing area by pool but only 4 sunbeds for a large villa so we bought lilos. Would recommend BUT only if the macerator downstairs is fixed! Made such a noise that it was impossible to sleep and had to turn it off at night! Good bars, if a little pricey but that could be the credit crunch! Las Fuentes a nice area. Must visit Peniscola old town - beautiful!
