Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa in Blue Lagoon Villamartin Costa Blanca Spain.This is a very large home than can comfortably sleep 12 people.There is a brand new modern kitchen with all appliances and a large dining area with sofa and TV.There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 more bedrooms upstairs.The large lounge is upstairs that leads on to a balcony with sea views,there are mountain views from the rear of the lounge.There is a another TV upstairs with dvd player. Outside there is a large 9 metre by 5 metre swimming pool with a childrens slide,sunbeds parasol etc.There is a separate sun terrace with table, chairs and parasol.The villa is on a secluded corner plot surrounded by a large wall and conifers giving total privacy.There are gardens all around the villa with Palm trees,olive trees, a lemon and an orange tree.There is aircon in the lounge and the 2 upstairs bedrooms.There is also wireless broadband availble at an extra charge €20 per booking.

The villa is a 2 minute walk from various bars and restaurants or a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the beautiful Villamartin Plaza with its many bars and top class restaurants. There are 3 golf courses Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas within a 3 minutes drive and a further 20 courses within 40 minutes. The beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Riog are about a 7 minute drive away. There is a waterpark for the kids in Torrevieja about 15 drive away and Terra Mitica theme park is just over an hour away in Benidorm. The City of Murcia is about 45 minute drive and Orihuela is about a 25 minute drive. The town of Torrevieja which has a large selection of shops is about a 15 minute drive away.

    50% discount on bookings of 4 weeks or more from November to March. So pay only 225 pound per week!

    A 200 pound security deposit will be required and will be returned after the inspection of the property.A 25% deposit will be payable immediately on booking and the remaining balance will become due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
  • Please note there will be an €80 end of stay cleaning/ changeover charge paid locally to the key holder. There is an electricity meter in the villa that accepts €2 coins.The first €40 per week will be pre paid by us which will cover most of your electricity if used sensibly. Any extra electricity used must be paid by you.
  • A welcome pack will be provided free of charge containing Water,beer,wine,milk,tea,coffee,sugar,bread,butter,cheese,ham.

Golf in the region: There is a choice of approximately 20 golf courses within a 40 minute drive of the villa including the Jack Nicklaus golf trail which consists of about 4 courses. There is also La Manga club about 40 minute drive away. There are 3 courses on your doorstep only a couple of minute drive away. If you need any advice on the courses please email me as I have played quite a few of them in the region.

Beaches: The 3 main beaches here are La Zenia, Cala Capitan and Campoamor. All are about 7/8 minute drive away.My favourite is Cala Capitan as it usually a little quieter than the others. They all have 1 or 2 restaurants on them and beach bars that also sell tapas. They have the usual jet ski´s, pedalos, banana rides etc. There are many other smaller coves and beaches all around the area.

Dining out: My favourite subject! There are a few really good restaurants around serving a variety of different cuisine. There of course is also the usual overpriced rubbish aimed at tourists. I lived there for a year and am ashamed to say that we ate at most of the restaurants in the area good and bad. If you need any recommendation's I will be only too pleased to help.

myself and 6 golfers stayed here last week for 3 nights whilst playing some golf. the villa is a fantastic property with plenty or room and was immaculately clean.

i would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

the swimming pool (together with the slide) and the extensive welcome pack were welcome bonuses, thanks for a great time!

Fabulous Villa

Our family group of 11 comprised a granny, 6 adults and 4 teenagers.We had a ball celebrating my daughters 16th Birthday.The villa had more than enough space for us all.It was clean and well maintained.The owner has a friend over the road who helped transport some of our group and luggage from airport to villa which saved us making 2 trips on arrival. You definately need a car to get the best from the area ie.beaches, restaurants and shopping etc, but we knew this as we'd stayed nearby before. Overall I have NO HESITATION in recommending this property. We used the BBQ twice and chilled out on the large terrace.We ate out the rest of the time and would recommend Eduardos in Villamartin for a special treat. Also challenge yourself with the 5 euro Go Large "Full English" breakfast at the Captains Table cafe at the bottom of the hill. We had the "Full Scottish" version ie add two pints of lager!!!!.

First class holiday rental

Beautiful villa, secluded and private with own pool. Very high standard of decor and furnishings throughout. Close to local amenities and only a short drive to the beach.

Photos don't do it justice in terms of its size and space. Excellent value for money considering high standard of accommodation and size.

Went for a short break with mates but will be returning next year with the family. Its perfect for all types of holidaymakers.

TOP PLACE TO STAY!!

We have recently returned from our stay at Peter's villa,5 lads on a golfing break andwould like to say we found the villa to be perfect for our stay in every way.Its very spacious inside with lovely modern decor with a large sized pool.

We played Campaomor/La Finca and best of all Los Ramblas golf courses which are all are a short drive away.A short 10-15 min walk away is the plaza which has various bars/restaurants to suit all parties.

To sum up a great villa and we would definitely love to return again next year and have another crack at Ramblas and other local courses in the area.

Great Golf Villa

i cannot say enough about this villa. 8 lads stayed here for 9 nights April 09, .....perfect.

Villa comfortably held us all, and had everything we could possibly need. if you are looking for a central golf location this is it. we played courses within a 20 minute drive La finca, Lo Romero and Roda, all great courses, we had already played the 3 local courses on a previous visit.

We hope to visit again next year and won't be looking any further than this Villa
