Very spacious and pretty 4 level house in the charming and picturesque village of Grimaud. The house is tastefully decorated and has 3 double bedrooms and has all the modern conveniences one needs in a home away from home. This property is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful villages and towns of the south of France. Beaches are 5 mins by car. St Tropez is only 10 km's away. At street level is the large lounge and dining area. Below is a double bedroom with bath. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, shower room and WC. The top level is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area that opens onto a spacious patio with views of the village and hills. This property is newly refurbished and fully furnished with linen and towels. Grimaud, is a beautiful and picturesque hilltop village. It has fabulous restaurants (including Michelin star - Les Santons). There are numerous boulangeries, fabulous restaurants, galleries and shops.

  • Water, Electricity & Tourist Tax These costs are included in the renting price. The use of all linen is included. Gen. Conditions Rental Period : Minimum stay 7days, starting on Sat16.00 pm till Sat 10.00 am. Reservations/Payments: After your reservation you will receive our written reservation and invoice. You are requested to sign the reservation and sent it back to us which means that you agree to the rent and general conditions. Instructions when and how much to pay you can find on the invoice. You have 4 days within which to fax contract back to us.
  • Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks before arrival: cancellation costs are 50% of the total rent excluding guarantee. If you cancel within 8 weeks you have to pay the full rent (excluding guarantee). We therefore advise a cancellation policy. Villa Guarantee: €500. These amounts cover eventual damages, breakages & cleaning, etc. If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you. Cleaning: The house will be perfectly clean on arrival.
  • Number of guests: There is a maximum of 6 sleeping guests . If these maximums are exceeded the rent can be terminated immediately without compensation. Barbecues: This can only be used after consultation with the owner and depends of the weather conditions. Responsibility during your stay: You are legally responsible for house (incl. furniture). We recommend a third party responsibility insurance or by buying ADAR insurance to cover your holiday (please, contact owner for website link).
