Perched on the sunny hill below Le Brevent ski area, this chalet not only offers dramatic views of the Mont Blanc massif (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Drus), but has the advantages of being a standalone chalet in the centre of Chamonix, with the Brevent ski area and ample shops/ restaurants on it's doorstep. From the huge sun terrace or lounge you can even watch the Aiguille du Midi cable car going up and down to the station 12,000ft above! Yet the chalet still offers tranquillity and seclusion. It is newly built, bright and airy throughout plus tastily furnished with modern Savoyard furniture. It's 5 minutes to the Brevent ski lift (about 200m) and the Maison de la Montagne, 5 minutes drive from the Chamonix Golf Course (about 2km). A 3 minute walk from the chalet are the Chamonix bus ski stops, which service the Chamonix valley; the buses are free. World capital of ski and climbing, Chamonix has a long history of mountaineers. The Chamonix Valley is situated in the centre of the Mont Blanc region, on the French-Swiss border, and stretches over 55km from Servoz to Vallorcine. If you want to venture further afield (your ski holiday Chamonix is not enough!) it is easy to take day trips to neighbouring resorts in Italy and Switzerland, just on the other side of the mountains. The views are spectacular throughout the year making snowboarding and skiing Chamonix and Chamonix summer holidays a must for everyone. Chamonix's activities also offer many possibilities as golf (designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior), Hiking, bicycling, swimming pool, fitness, hamam, cinemas (with many English version movies), exhibitions etc... The ski season is from December to may. The Golf season is from may to the end of October.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates includes taxes, charges, towels and linen. The cleaning is not included.
    To book the chalet you have to contact us and we send you a rental contract, that you return to us signed with 25% deposit. The 75% have to be paid at your arrival. The domage dôsit is of 2000 euros and it has to be given at the biggining of the stay.
    Other services: Cleaning at the end of the stay 240 euros, cleaning during the stay 20 euros/hour, breakfast 12 euros/person, afternoon tea 12 euros/person.
    -2 hours of daily cleaning are included for New Year Eve week
    The Chalet altitude 1057 can also be rented half catered or full catered.
