This beautifully appointed private villa is surrounded by nature and an abundance of Florida live oak trees. There are 16 Har-Tru courts, 4 tennis pro's and a pro shop along with many tennis events offered year round. There is an ocean front clubhouse with a restaurant overlooking a private beach for the residents of Sea Oaks. There are 10 pools scattered through out the community along with a river front marina overlooking the beautiful Indian River. Notes: The full service ocean front Beach Club overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and a private beach for Sea Oaks residents and guests. There is a full size pool here where you can enjoy lunch or a beverage. Dinner can be enjoyed in the upstairs more formal dining room. The tennis facility is top notch with 13 clay courts, clinics, tournaments and a weekly pro exhibition series in season. There are 4 tennis pro's on staff and a lovely pro shop. There is a bar and a light lunch can be enjoyed here also. A fitness center is available for your use also. On the river side of Sea Oaks, there is a private marina with gated access to the Jungle Trail. This is a wonderful place to bike, walk or enjoy a run. It passes thru Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge and you can spot dolphins, otters, manatees and many species of birds along the way.
