Spacious brand new luxury double room, ground floor self-catering one bedroom apartment with a terrace within Praia Village Complex which leads out onto a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool. The apartment is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and air conditioning. We are fully licensed and comply with all aspects when renting required by Portuguese law. Our apartment is available for short and long term rental all year round. This apartment has living accommodations for five people but could sleep 2 more. Vilamoura offers family friendly sophisticated surroundings along with award winning beaches, championship golf courses, casino, marina, shops, bars and restaurants.

The Algarve, situated in the south of Portugal, is an ideal location for a wonderful holiday for all ages. It offers practically year round sunshine and boasts some of Europe's best golf courses. Vilamoura is the tourist resort par excellence. The biggest private holiday development in Portugal has golf courses, a wide range of other sports facilities and an incredible marina with a variety of entertainment. Falesia beach: This is the closest beach to our apartment. When not enjoying the wonderful Algarve sunshine or wandering along the shore, more active visitors can stimulate their adrenaline with sports such as windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing or just relax pedalling a pedalo, fishing or enjoying drinks and snacks in the bar along the beachfront. The colourful shop windows are an invitation difficult to resist. From well known international trade marks to the regional and rustic shops, you can always finds the right gift for that special someone.

    Security imdemnities are required. Deposit is set at £150, fully refundable after stay providing satisfactory departure.
    Long lets are available and are discounted over 4 weeks.
    10% discount for bookings in excess of 6 months of arrival.
    Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.

Each of the five, 18 hole courses are superbly designed with the par 72 Victoria Golf Course which opened in September 2004, having been designed by Arnold Palmer. It had €18 million invested in it making it one of the best and exclusive complexes in the world. These attract dedicated players and champions worldwide — and are host to numerous prestigious tournaments, several televised. If you're a keen golfer, Vilamoura is the place to be. Four of these courses were the first to be officially recognised for their dedication to preserving the environment, having received an ISO 14001 certificate in 1998. An award of which Vilamoura is very proud — the first environmental certification given to a golf course operator in Europe. Each has its own driving range and a prestigious clubhouse and Vilamoura itself offers a dedicated golfing academy with full teaching facilities, a driving range and a 3-hole practice course to help all levels of players. Vilamoura is a true golfer's paradise, with all five championship courses in the close vicinity of the apartment. Great holiday at Praia Village

We booked this apartment based on the excellent reviews it had, & we were not disappointed. The apartment is just a short walk, or even shorter drive, from Vilamoura Marina & beaches, so is very conveniently situated. The apartment itself is modern & comfortable, & was spotless upon arrival. It has every facility you would need on a self catering holiday including washing machine & dishwasher. The complex has a really good sized pool, with adjacent children's pool, and plenty of sunloungers for everyone. The gardens & pool are very well maintained & it's a very nice environment to relax in. Vilamoura is the perfect holiday location - short flight, short transfer, fantastic beaches, impressive marina with bars & numerous restaurants, & the resort caters for all ages. It's also very convenient as a base to explore the rest of the Algarve. The UK based owner provides excellent customer service, supported by Karen who lives nearby & both were nothing but helpful before, during & after our visit. I have no hestitation in recommending this property for your stay in Vilamoura.

Spent 3 weeks in Marks Apt with my Husband and 2 Children, we had a ball the apt has everthing you need and its very safe and secure. we will be back next yr as this place feels like a home away from home. The apt is spotless and has everything you need in it. Also its close to the Marina and Parkys bar is across the road very handy if you have small kids. overall I would rate this apt 10/10 for a relaxing holiday with or without kids..

PERFECT FAMILY GET AWAY

This Apt is perfect for a family of 2A & 2C, we had an amazing stay here for the first 3 weeks in June,The Apt was Spotless and the girls who look after it and let you in etc are really helpful (Katie & Karen). I will be back next yr for a month or so, its a home away from home. So depressed to be home.. Oh for new familys to Praia Village make sure u find Parkys Pub its 5 mins across the road save u a trip to the Marina if the kids are too tired to walk.

We had a great holiday staying at this property and would definitely come back again. The apartment was clean and spacious with a fantastic communal pool area. The location was perfect with a short stroll to both the beach and the marina. We would highly recommend this place for your stay in Vilamoura!

Great holiday (again!)

This is the second time we have used this apartment and again we had a great holiday. The location, within walking distance of the beach (clean, good facilities, great sand and sea) and the marina (plenty of bars, restaraunts of every description), has proved ideal for us both times. First time we went our daughter was 18 months and this time she was 3. The ground floor location was perfect meaning we could just walk straight out into the pool area.


The apartment was clean, tidy and well presented. It looked no older than last time we stayed 18 months ago and so is obviously maintained to a high standard. The whole process of booking, arriving, departing was simplicity itself and even though we chnaged and extended our booking (twice!) this was all facilitated with ease.

Great holiday, great location, great apartrment, nothing else to say!
