Just minutes from the town of Nesso, our villa offers private gated living with a panoramic and tranquil setting year round. Architecturally remodelled in 2008 by know designer, the villa is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. With several charming towns close by there are many activities, in addition to countless sights to see.

Lake Como, the most popular lake area in Italy and is situated to the south of the Alps. The water is beautiful making it great for all water sports and a haven for windsurfers and sail boats. The surrounding mountains are perfect for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Charming old villages, historical monuments and lovely gardens now open to the public make this a great holiday destination all year round. Nesso is one of the original lake villages of the Roman age. A beautiful town keeping its traditional charm along with the many natural free flowing waterfalls. Near by there is the known romantic and quaint village of Zelbio with its picturesque hillside church. In addition, there is a the valley of Pian de Tivano, a very popular outdoor activity location frequented for its horse riding and mountain sports. Topping it all off is world famous Bellagio, a short drive north on the local road. With so much to see and do it is no wonder Lake Como tops the list of vacationers.

CLEANING FEES - There is a final cleaning cost of 150 with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. There will be an additional cleaning fee added if staying over two weeks. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price. Maid service availble at €20 per/hr.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS & WIRE TRANSFERS - There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Refundable breakage deposit 200. Payment: half upon booking, half one month before arrival. Change over day Saturday, minimum stay one week.
