This is an adorable property, offering a delightful view of the Valley (rare in the pueblo), excellent location & a beautiful pool just at the back of the house. Situated in one of the few squares of the Pueblo, with its own parking in front, the house has a lovely airy feel & a view from the lounge & bedrooms to the Valley & Mountains. Designed in the theme of the Alhambra the Pueblo is unique to Marbella & has the ambience of a quaint old village. The House has the main bedroom downstairs,with a ceiling fan,loads of cupboards & its own bathroom. Upstairs there is a large lounge, dining room for 4,2nd bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet & bidet, Large Kitchen (Bosch) fully equipped & a lovely private patio, sunny in the daytime & romantic in the evening.   • 25% of total rent due at time of booking,Balance to be paid6 weeks before start of holiday,along with a 300 Euro security deposit (returnable after property has been checked -up to 14 days) Late bookings full amount payable within 7 days.Please Note:house sleeps max 4 adults or 2 adult+2 children.An extra person charge would apply if this number is exceeded,minimum 160 euros per week+extra cleaning charge.
  • All prices include; Electricity.Sat television,Parking, Bed Linen, Cleaning on Departure.Towels included(but not beach/pool towels)
    In Case of cancellation Refund will be given of 50% if we are advised no later than 6 weeks before rental commences.

Notes: The House has a lovely patio & large double windows to the front of the property, making it particularly light, it also has electric blinds which cover the upstairs lounge . Although it is suitable for the elderly or infirm,the lounge is upstairs.,but you can park in front of the property. Actually you can feel, that people have lived in this house,
with beautifully furnished bed- and bathrooms.Car is essential, parking is just in front of the entrance, and you
can't walk to the baker. Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 3-4 km's away, and Rachel has prepared all kind of
information in the house. Golfing all over, and our dog Malthe, loved the walks in the Pueblo.

YES,BETTER TO HAVE A CAR,BUT YOU REALLY NEED A CAR WHEREVER YOU STAY IN MARBELLA.
TAXIS ARE PLENTIFUL,AND THE BUSES RUN FREQUENTLY,AND ARE LITERALLY 3 MINS WALK AWAY!

The home was absolutely perfect for our two week stay. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, well appointed, great location. The pool and clubhouse provided added value. Highly recommended property!

Pretty cottage in Marbella

We spent a week in July 2009. It was hot outside but very breezy and comfortable in the house. Interior decoration is charming; the owner has a good taste.

The communal swimming pool is beautiful and there is free wi-fi in the club house. Only downside is that children are not allowed to swim during "quiet time", between 3 to 5pm.

The beach is in the walking distance but it was too hot to walk. Not too worry though; there are plenty of free parking spaces near the beach.

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed in the Pueblo for a week with our daughter of 7 months. On the basis of the photos on the site we were expecting a relaxed comfortable house, and yes the photos on the internet do show you what you get! Its comfortable romantic and a short walk to the nice luxerous golden mile area/beach. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated when we were there, but I am sure if we would have called Rachel the owner she would have done something about it. Waking up here was already lovely, the surrounding is very quiet, and you have a lovely view over the palmtrees. We can surely recommend this place.
