For tourism or business trip, this charming studio very comfortable and totally refurbished to the highest standard can host 2 or 3 people. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the best part of the famous Quartier Latin rue Saint André des Arts (check on Google !), a block away from Odeon, less than 5mn from Saint Germain des près, Notre Dame and River Seine. Also exciting boutiques, art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants all around. It’s a very safe area in Paris. This charming studio is situated on the first floor of a 17th century building. Very quiet, high ceiling with a large window, the studio is totally renovated and decorated. It includes WIFI internet broadband as well as cable TV with international and English speaking channels. Its size is 20 square meters, with a fully equipped kitchen (2 cooking plate, micro-wave, coffee-pot, fridge, utensils…) and a new bathroom (shower). It is fully furnished with house linen and bathroom towels. The bed is very comfortable.
