A superb apartment fully refurbished in 2007, incorporating a full kitchen, with separate bedroom. Bathroom has full separate glass brick shower as well as bath with further shower. Living area now benefits from 3 piece leather settee, which also has double sofa bed built in. English TV 1,2 and 3 Satellite TV along with CD radio is also provided. The terrace faces west and so has the benefit of the sun all afternoon and more importantly in the evening when you can relax with a glass of wine etc! Also as the apt is on the ground floor it is easy access for all inc. infirm or disabled. Location is fantastic being very quiet and restful and yet only two mins to nearest shops and restaurants etc. Torviscas and Fanabe beaches are both within easy walking distance - approx 5 mins. San Eugenio shopping centre is also close by with the Aqua park right behind. There are loads of things to do locally ideal for families and couples alike. For golfers there are plenty of great courses nearb

Notes: Wheelchairs - I think it is suitable but please note there are five or six steps to apartment. Other than that it is possible to avoid any other steps at all. The living area has a three seater leather sofa bed, with satellite and LCD TV. Kitchen is far superior to many standard apartments with full oven and hob as well as microwave. Again living room area has fan light which keeps the apartment cool all year round. A fully lockable safe is also provided in the double wardrobe which is available to hang clothes (hangers provided)
