University Place - Luxurious Vacation Home

This luxurious vacation home is located in a private, 24-hour guarded, gated community. It is a privately owned, 3,175+ sq ft, two story, 2 1/2 car garage . There are 3 bedrooms, office/den, upstairs bonus room, and two full baths with an additional two half baths. Sleeping (for six) arrangements include one King, and two Queen beds. Additional portable beds can of course be used if needed. Built in 2005, this Sarasota home is convenient to beaches, shopping, dining and so much more.
