We are at Capo Vaticano sited at 8 km from Tropea on the Ricadi's Bay of Santa Maria. This coastline is famous for it's beautiful beaches. During your stay we are always available to give you any kind of information and solve your practical problems encountered. When the weather is very warm the small houses are very comfortable thanks for their thick-walls and their position allows you to enjoy a wonderful landscape and a gentle sea breeze. When the weather is sunny and sky is particularly clean you can see Aeolian Islands, the street of Messina and sometimes the Etna Volcano. You can enjoy yourself also to see beautiful sunsets. The apartment is at the feet of a headland (around 80 mt above the sea) sited at 350 mt from the sea. It takes ten minutes on walk to reach the sea. You can arrive to the seaside on walk by taking a steep descent of about 200 mt.

Lovers of this place, of his colour sunsets, of the splendid sea, we have decided to manage this family property and create a little tourist welcome activity. Renovate the flats keeping the character typical, 6 months at the year let Varese for dedicate us with passion to this activity and is a big satisfaction for us when our customers spend a beautiful holiday knowing this zone. From house a splendid sight is enjoyed on the bay and in the clear days it is possible to perceive all ? horizon the Eolie islands and the straits of Messina besides very beautiful sunsets. We are far 350 meters from the sea. The furnishing is simple and comfortable and flats are fresh. There is a wide covered veranda, the car park and a big garden where to read play or do a barbecue and enjoy the open air. The quiet place and am near there among the most beautiful beaches of Calabria. Tropea is far 8 km

We. stayed in this property in September.The accomodation was in good condition and the terraced area had a lovely view of the bay.The owners were very friendly and made us very welcome. The surrounding area is very beautiful but is very hilly.There are a handful of local restaurants in Santa Maria which were good and Tropea was about 20 minutes drive.Unfortunately the weather was poor during our week but Calabria is full of friendly people and is good value even for us Brits with the terrible currency rate.Steep incline to villa so need to be fit or take the car.
