Brand new villa, finished January 2008 in a get-away-from-it-all location in the mountains of the Costa de Almeria. Close to the coastal resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha. Great location for your summer holiday, yet with the warmest climate in Spain, could be a great winter retreat. The villa is in immaculate condition with a 10mx5m pool, with 'baby' pool at the shallow end. Sunloungers, patio furniture, etc. available around the pool, along with a BBQ. Inside, there are two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two singles. All bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and have air-conditioning/heating units. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom with WC, basin and walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a main bathroom with WC, basin, shower cubicle and corner bath. Air conditioning/heating is also in the lounge along with LCD TV, Sky Digibox and DVD player. Kitchen offers American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.

Nearest Motorway: 547 off the A-7 (Almeria to Murcia motorway) at 10 Kilometres

Villa located in the village of Limaria, close to Arboleas and Albox. Five minutes drive will bring you into either Arboleas or Albox where you will find a large variety of supermarkets, restaurants, weekly markets, bars, internet cafes, etc. A direct drive to the coast (around 20 minutes) will bring you to San Juan de los Terreros, a lovely little holiday resort with great beaches and a board walk with beach bars, cafes and restaurants. Other nearby resorts (approx. 25-30 minutes drive) are Mojacar and Garrucha. Mojacar is probably the largest and most known resort along the Costa de Almeria and has many miles of beaches along with a large shopping mall. Garrucha is a delightful, typically Spanish, fishing village with many seafood restaurants along the coast and around the harbour. There are numerous parks for the children along the whole coastline and many ice-cream parlours too!

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are for the villa, not per person and include a cleaning service and linen change after your departure.
    For stays of 2 weeks or more an interim clean can be arranged at a cost of €75.
    Welcome packs are available and are charged according to your specific requirements - if you would like beers chilling in the fridge on arrival, it is no problem...!
    A deposit of 25% is payable to confirm your booking, the remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival, payment of the full balance will be due immediately.
    Payment can be made by cheque or BACs transfer. Paypal is also available but extra fees apply (payable by the renter).
    A security deposit of £200 is payable 2 weeks before arrival in lieu of any losses or damage to the fixtures and fittings that may occur. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date, subject to an inspection of the property and its contents.
  • Accommodation is normally available after 4pm on arrival day and departure should be before 11am to enable cleaning and preparation work to go ahead for incoming guests. We will of course do everything possible to assist with arrival and departure arrangements outside of these times, but cannot make any guarantees.
