Apartment Noir is an extremely large & stylish apartment of 110 m2. The beautifully appointed contemporary interior offers well designed living space for up to 8 guests (or 16 guests if combined with property number 85931 which is directly below). There are 3 bedrooms (can be prepared as double sor twins), a large living/dining room, a well equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC. All the rooms have high ceilings & large windows, making it beautifully light and airy. The bedrooms all over-look gardens. Contemporary furniture, soft furnishings, artwork & lighting will all add to the feeling of luxury throughout the property. There is free internet access, and SKY TV. Located just 5 minutes from the Rue d'Antibes & 7 minutes walk from the Palais de Festivals, it is ideal accommodation for the conferences. We have various other apartments in Cannes, so please contact me for information on what is available.

The apartment is Ideally located for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur; Nice, Monaco, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and the mountains are all within an hours drive. Cannes centre is very compact, and is a lovely place to wander around on foot. Local shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, chemist, bakery etc are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Marché Forville is the covered produce market in Cannes. Stalls sell a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruit, fish, oysters, patés and olives. Visit on a Saturday, and the surrounding bars and cafés get packed with locals enjoying drinks and lunch after the market closes. Beaches: Lovely private & public beaches are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Skiing: skiing is about about 1 ½ drive away in the resorts of Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg. You can go for a days trip and return in the evening.

  • VERY IMPORTANT: Prices are subject to change. Prices for the CONFERENCE and FESTIVAL periods will be different - please contact me for rates.

    PAYMENT:

    Payment is by international bank transfer to our account in France.

    DEPOSITS:
    A refundable breakages deposit of 800 euros is required (upon final payment or on arrival), which will returned to you at the end of the stay if there is no damage and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for)
  • You will be met and greeted by our agent on your arrival.
    CLEANING, LINEN & TOWELS:
    Linen & towels are available at a cost of 25 euros per person. The rental rate includes a final clean. Mid-stay cleans can be booked at 90 euros per visit, and bed linen/towel changes at 25 euros.
  • ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:

    We request that guests arrive after 2.30pm and depart by 10.00am.
    However, we will do our best to be flexible. If you would like to stay in the apartment after 10.00am because you have a later flight home, a late check out can be arranged free of charge - as long as prior notice is given, and there is not a booking immediately after yours.

Wonderful apartment!!!!

Spent a weekend here last month. The apartment was beautiful inside and was in a great location to all the shops, restaurants, bars and the beach! We could walk to all places so no hassle of renting cars. Could not fault the apartment, had all the mod cons you could need and was imaculate and modern. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful Cannes

We opted for a short break in Cannes for a friends birthday. As we only had a weekend to spare we didn't want to travel far so the 1hr 40min plane journey was ideal. We were met at the airport by a company that did airport transfers (which was sorted out by the apartment owners) and taken into Cannes which took no longer than 25 minutes.

When we arrived at the apartmant we were very impressed by how modern and spacious it was. There was also an information folder which provided us with directions and recommendations of restuarants and shops.

We were a 10 minute walk away from the beach and local bars and restaurants were even closer. The shops out there were amazing. The only downside was that we were only there a couple of days. The weather was beautiful as were the people and the beach. I will definitely be going back and will stay in this apartment again!!

Fantastic week with my Family

We rented this apartment as felt it would be a great location for our family holiday...and it was. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Very convenient for going to the beaches and shopping trips. Beautiful apartment, we ate in to enjoy our surroundings! It was very clean and in immaculate condition when we arrived. The owner provided excellent information and we will be re booking and recommending this apartment to our friends.

Cannes was a wonderful venue for our family holiday, it was great for our teenage children and nine year old. We walked everywhere, did not need to use our car. Delicious local food and great take aways within walking distance. I am looking forward to returning with a group of friends as I now feel I know the area well and we will return as a family too.

Many thanks to the owners for providing such a wonderful venue.
