Beautiful, modern semi-detached villa in a quiet estate, located within the 'Golden Triangle of the Algarve'. Only a few minutes drive from the stunning beaches and championship golf courses of Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The villa has 3 well-furnished bedrooms,2 ensuite upstairs and 1 downstairs with adjacent shower-room. A sofa-bed in the lounge sleeps 2. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a dining table for 8 in the lounge, as well as the outside table and chairs on the patio. French doors from the lounge lead out to the private gardens, pool ,BBQ and patio. There is satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Linen and towels provided. Situated on the edge of the town of Almacil, shops and supermarkets are close by and there are many excellent restaurants, some within walking distance. It is only 15 minutes drive to Vilamoura. Waterparks, watersports, go-karting, horseriding and tennis are all nearby. The Villa Club Tennis Centre is within walking distance.

This beautiful, modern, spacious villa is situated in a quiet exclusive estate 2km from the excellent beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Vale da Quinta, 2km from Almancil and only 20 minutes from Faro Airport. Villamoura with its golf courses, crazy golf, beach, marina, shops and restaurants is only a 15 minute drive away. The villa is in the perfect location for access to the main roads for trips to Loule, Lagos, Tavira, Monchique mountains and the whole of the Algarve coastline renowned for the miles of quiet sandy beaches and coves. The Ria Formosa nature reserve is within a few kilometres and has excellent walks. The waterparks, the Big One and Slide and Splash are all within a comfortable drive ,as is Zoomarine. There is excellent shopping at Quinta shopping, Almancil, Faro, Albufeira and local markets of Loule and Quarteira are all within reach.
