Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking and remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay. €150.00 refundable security/damage deposit required at time of booking - a cheque would be preferred and will not be cashed unless required for damage. Towel and linen change and clean at end of 1st week is included for a 2 week rental. Mid week towel and linen changes and clean can be arranged at extra cost.
  
• During the months November to March there will be an additional charge for water and electricity. Rates can be discussed with owner with regard to long-term lets.

We can organise a pick up service from Faro airport at approx €85.00 one way. For your convenience we can arrange a welcome pack for you on your arrival. Just let us know what you require i.e milk, tea, wine etc and we can organise to have it delivered upon your arrival at cost price. Please just let us know in advance.
