Luxurious 2 Bed Apartment in a new complex in an ideal central location in beautiful Lagos. The complex features a Communal pool, snack bar & childrens play area. Apartment on 2nd floor. Each floor contains just 4 apartments and is serviced by two lifts. Own parking space in secure underground car park. Electric shutters on all windows and key-pad at main entrance. The kitchen is finished to very hi-spec with all mod cons -dishwasher, wash-machine, cooker/hob & microwave. Beautiful living/dining room which has flat screen TV with Sky channels and DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with a jacuzzi bath. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. One of the sofas in the living room converts to a bed. There is a large terrace which is accessible from both the kitchen and living-room and features and in-built barbeque. There is air-conditioning in the apartment and this works as a heating system for the winter months.

This apartment is located within a 5 min walk to the centre of the historical town of Lagos. Lagos town offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is within a 5 min walk to the beautiful marina and promenade. The local beach is less than a 10 min walk away but there are dozens of breath-taking beaches to be discovered by either a long walk or short drive along the coastline. There is a bus station and train station within a 5 min walk which will make it an ideal location if you wish to travel and view the many beautiful neighbouring resorts. There is a variety of golf courses all within a 10 min drive and a supermarket just around the corner. There are many excursions available which can be organised locally to various theme parks and for the fishing enthusiast there are a vast amount of boat trips to choose from. This is one place which will appeal to both the young and old and you will want to visit time and time again.

I would have no problem recommending or returning to this apartment/complex - we found the apartment clean, modern, very well fitted out and in excellent condition throughout. Having never booked a holiday in this manner we found dealing with the owner was very straight forward and professional. Struggling to come up with any negative points - possibly that there was some construction near the complex, but this had no affect on our holiday. We tended to visit the beaches to the west of the town towards Cape St Vincent, rather then spend time around the communal pool. Lagos is an old world town, family friendly with an excellent range of restaurants with a short walk from the apartment to the centre of the town.

Returned last week from a relaxing holiday in Roisin & Sean's apartment. The location is ideal for the Marina, Old Town and beaches are all within an easy 10 minutes stroll. The apartment is first class and the balcony was well used for a relaxing sundowner. We will be recommending the apartment to all our friends and family. We will be back!!!

We have just spent a fantastic relaxing week in Lagos, even the wet weather didn’t spoil our week! The apartment is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need. The apartment is in an excellent location and is close by to all the fabulous restaurants that Lagos has to offer and if you love fresh fish then this is the place for you. The added bonus of a parking space takes the hassle out of finding a space for your car. I can’t recommend it enough!!

This was out first time in Lagos but it won’t be our last we will definitely be back!

Myself and family are just back from Lagos – the apartment is top class and is finished to a very high standard. It is in an ideal location and is very close to all the amenities – town centre, marina, supermarkets, cafe and pubs are all with in a few minutes walk. The beech is within a 5-10 minute walk – there is also an excellent local bus service (the station is one minute walk from the Apartment) that serves all the other local beeches and towns from those who wish to explore!
This was our first time in Lagos – I had heard excellent reports before I arrived and it didn’t disappoint. We had an excellent holiday and the excellent and efficient service from the owners contributed to this.
We’ll be back!

A couple of weeks of bliss

Myself and family have just returned from having two weeks of shere bliss. This apartment is very tastefully finished to a very high standard and its location is ideal - town centre, marina, two supermarkets, cafe & pub all within a 5 min walk. the main beach is approx 5-10 min walk or less. On site management are very helpfull and all contacts with the owners was top class.
This is not our first time in Lagos but this was by far the best location and the best accommodation.
In those famed words 'We'll be back'.
