FIVE Star Three bedroom bungalow in the village of Rottingdean, Near Brighton
This is a comfortable and attractive property(rated FIVE Stars by VisitBritain) set about half a mile from the centre of the charming Olde Worlde seaside village of Rottingdean about 4 miles from the cosmopolitan and vibrant city of Brighton & Hove. There is a pretty terraced garden with lawn and various colourful shrubs to the rear which is totally secure. An important feature of this property is the ramp to the back door giving all wheelchair users very good access to the house and garden. At the front of the property there is a neat well kept garden offering a pleasant outlook across the road to the Downs beyond. This is ideal self catering accommodation for a holiday in a beautiful rural downland village yet close enough to the seaside and to the excitement offered by the city of Brighton. The bungalow sleeps 5/6 people in the three bedrooms but the sixth person would use a Z-bed.

The village of Rottingdean is a charming and ancient village with a lot of history attached. Being set in a seaside location not for from the City of Brighton & Hove makes it an ideal base for holiday makers, business people and conference delegates alike. The bungalow is set in a very pleasant residential area of the village close to the Downs. There are downland walks close by. A few miles away there is the County town of Lewes with its historic castle and many ´twittens´, old buildings and a variety of shops plus an attractive riverside area of the town called ´The Cliffe´. Further afield you can visit other castles, gardens and stately homes and more seaside villages and towns all within one hour´s drive. The Victorian seaside resort of Eastbourne is specially recommended for its sunny location, sea swimming, theatres, and shops and a variety of entertainments.
