The villa is ideally positioned directly on the golf course of Rosedale Golf and Country Club, which is on the edge of Lakewood Ranch and about 20 minutes north from down town Sarasota. You may pay as you play for golf and tennis and use the club house dining facilities. The villa is only 25 minutes to Anna Maria Island, Gulf Coast Beaches and St Armands Circle and 90 minutes from Orlando. There is great shopping nearby with the Ellenton Prime Outlet only 10 miutes drive north featuring 100 shops offering huge discounts! Overall a great place for golfing, tennis, beaches, shopping, theme parks and the wider Sarasota and Tampa area. With Orlando attractions such as Disney World, MGM Studio and Sea World only 90 minutes away there is something for everyone to enjoy.

While water and sand come frequently into play, some say the setting itself is the greatest pleasure of all. There's an 8-acre driving range for the required time on the practice tee. Plus a chipping and putting green for fine tuning strokes.

LUXURY RETREAT!

This immaculate home has to be the most perfect holiday property we have ever stayed in! Literally, everything you could want was provided and there was so much to do. Philipppa & Michael are to be congratulated on being most efficient, conscientious owners.

Our 2 boys (10 & 7) had the time of their life. We did Disney, as well as loads of other local activities (beaches, shopping, eating out, Myacca State Park, skateboarding, tennis, etc). Three weeks wasn't long enough and we're keen to come back ....

One of the better holidays

stayed at the villa easter 09 and it was a very pleasurable
experience, Everything was in pristine condition and of a
high standard. Rosedale Golf Club is very nice, the golf
course is challenging!!! We had brunch there and can
recommend it. The villa is within easy reach of Downtown
Sarasota and the beaches. Some lovely shops and plenty
of nice places to eat. Our favourite was the "Crab and Fin"
We hope to go again next April.
