The fabulous new villa is close to the stunning hill top village of Begur, with its wide choice of restaurants and shops. The village is approx. 1km, while the property has its own private pool, there is a public pool and restaurant a short stroll away. The villa has been built and furnished to a high standard and is an holiday property. It is in a very private and quiet side road. The pool has a gated access from inside the house and also externally. Entrance hall leading to large sitting and dining room with double doors leading to the terrace, small gate leading to the garden and pool area. Sitting room with TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, there is also a small kitchen table, door leads outside to large built in barbecue area. 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs to large double bedroom with huge en-suite shower room, double doors to large terrace. Large double garage with internal stairs.

Within a 1 km of the village centre of Begur this property is very well located. It is in a very quiet lane with only 3 houses but close to all that is needed. We do recommend a car as there is so much to see in the area however it is certainly possible to enjoy visiting the village with all its fabulous restaurants and shops on foot.

Notes: There are a few steps up to the villa but once inside most of the living accommodation is all on one level (the master bedroom and en-suite shower room are on the upper floor). It is possible to block access to the pool area from inside the house and also from the back garden and barbecue area. it is a difficult house to photograph well so I do not think that the photos do it justice.
