Guest room offers a deluxe Queen sized bed, and waterfont patio. 42' flat screen TV in living room area,and just outside is a secluded private patio with views of the lake! Notes to the rental rates

• ALL PRICES GIVEN INCLUDE PROPERTY RATE, 11.5 % TAX & 1 EXIT CLEANING FEE.
  We accept payment in the form of all major CREDIT CARDS and BANK TRANSFERS.
  If paying via credit card ther is an additional 2.8% surcharge to be added to the rates given above. There is no fee for bank transfers.
  A minimum deposit of 50% of total rental rate due is required to secure rental(or a minimum deposit of 75% of total rate for longer stays, 100% due if rental is within 2 weeks of arrival inquiry). Stays of less than 1 week are due in full at time of booking.

• *A cancellation fee of 50% applies for all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date. 100% cancellation fee applies for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to rental date.
  *Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival.
  *$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
  The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.

Also this area is fantastic for nature enthusiasts and excellent bird watching & eco tours to observe some of the local wildlife, such as otters, deer, foxes, raccoons, alligators, bobcats, & over 140 species of birds which have been identified in the area including the Bald Eagle, Blue Heron and the Osprey. Our favourite nature park is Jonathan Dickinson State Park!
