Casa Mimosa is a bright and modern, beautifully designed 2 bedroomed townhouse in the picturesque complex of Quinta da Boa Nova near Ferragudo. Tastefully designed in colour themes by the owners, the townhouse oozes quality throughout with designer furniture, electronic shutters, and a beautiful external ambience with superbly manicured gardens surrounding. The lower floor consists of the spacious lounge/dining area with terrace off, extensively fitted modern kitchen with utility room and rear terrace and communal cloak room. From the entrance area, a marble staircase leads you to the upper floor where there are 2 tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms, both with their own terraces. Bedroom 1 has fabulous views towards Portimao and night views are a sight to behold. Free tennis is available in the new courts and guests are invited to use the fabulous adults and children's pools as they wish. Casa Mimosa is situated in a fantastic new development, Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has two tennis courts, and an adult and separate children's pool which is in easy view for safe supervision of children. The area is beautifully landscaped and the views from the property are superb. The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 mins drive. If golf is your interest, there are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 mins. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from the townhouse, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach, and it's restaurant on stilts, renown for fabulous sea food, a mere 3 mins.

    During winter months, an additional electricity payment will be necessary for the underfloor heating.
  • A 25% deposit will be required to seal the booking. The balance plus a Breakages and Damages deposit will be required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. This deposit is returned, subject to nil B&D, within 7 days of guests departure.

Notes: The lounge has a 32' Samsung Plasma TV connected to Freesat SKY TV, plus a 6 speaker home cinema system for guests entertainment. There is also a separate mini stereo music system in the kitchen for entertainment when preparing food. The terrace off the lounge has a large table and 4 comfortable chairs for al fresco dining with the wonderful views on offer. The complete townhouse is protected with mosquito screens at all patio door openings, so that the ever present breeze can filter through. One-touch electric shutters are also fitted throughout. This property has a no smoking policy, however it is permitted on the balcony and terrace. All linen and bath towels supplied. Linen changed once weekly, bath towels twice weekly (i.e. every 3 or 4 days). Maid service supplied once weekly at no additional charge. Please note that entry on arrival day is 1400 and exit on departure day is 1000. Free use of tennis courts is available to guests as are the main and children's pools
