Peaceful Detached Villa set over 2 floors. The villa has 3 bedrooms - Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room Bedroom Two with 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 with one single bed, living room with dining area, Air con, TV with English satellite Modern kitchen with all appliances inc Dishwasher, separate family bathroom. Outside is a Roof Top solarium with fantastic views over salt lakes and local Spanish Equestrian centre (see Location below) There are gardens to the front and rear. At the front is a private swimming pool with inbuilt table and seating area Around the Pool are several seating and sunbathing areas (some shaded) plus a Bar for serving drinks, BBQ and summer kitchen with table and chairs for Dining al fresco. At the end of the pool is a Mist Spray machine to help cool off in the summer heat. To the rear of the property is a very private and cosy garden with more seating areas perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of Flamenco dancing

San Luis is a peaceful residential area set besides the famous pink salt lakes of Torrevieja. The neighbourhood is mainly detached villas with private gardens. Just a few minutes walk from the villa are a small selection of restaurants, bars and newsagents, within 5 minutes walk a bigger selection can be found including supermarket bank. Tthe nearest Beaches are at Gaudamar (less than 10 minute drive in the car) The villa backs on and overlooks the local Equestrian centre. From the Roof Terrace you have great views directly over the Equestrian centre and stadium. From here you can watch Horse Riding, Dancing and Show jumping plus Spanish Flamenco Dancers practising their dance moves.
