There is a large private pool, enclosed garden, boules area, ping-pong table, covered terrace with BBQ, and private parking. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are ensuite with the bedroom), family recrational room (with TV and convertible bed) and laundry room. There is an independent kitchen and a large living/dinning room with a large flat screen TV. This villa is located in secluded yet not isolated area 2 km from the centre of Roquefort, 6 kms from Valbonne, 10 km from Biot and Grasse, and 20 minutes from Nice Airport. Perfect location to relax, and to explore the restaurants and attractions of the Cote d'Azur.

It is within 20 minutes of the charming towns of Opio, Cagnes, St. Paul de Vence (lovely shops, art galleries and restaurants), Goudon (ancient village perched in the mountains with fine restaurants and gorgeous view overlooking the Loup valley) and Grasse (known for its perfumeries). It is a short drive to the nearby beaches in Nice and Cannes, as well as attractions such as Marineland, Antibesland amusement park, Adventure minature golf and Aquaspash water park. It is about 20 minutes away from Nice Cote d'Azur airport, and 15 minutes away from Sophia Antipolis.
