This spacious 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment, with lounge, dining room, bathroom and very large terrace overlooking the sea and with stunning views over the mountains behind, is just a short walk to the Marina and Village of Alcossebre, with its Restaurants, shops and bars. It has a private swimming pool and has a large lawned area, with pine trees giving shade should you require it. The village has five Blue flag appointed beaches, many excellent restaurants and is only a short drive from lots of typical Spanish villages. Alcossebre is the type of holiday resort where you can get away from the hustle and bussel of it all, relax and enjoy your holiday.

Alcossebre is only 30 minutes away from Castellon, our nearest city with its many facilities and one hours drive away from Valencia. Barcelona is a two and half hours drive away. The nearest water park is in Benicasim, which is only half an hours drive away. The famous resort of Salou with its very large water park is about one and half hours drive. Many outstanding old Spanish villages can be reached within the hour. We have 2 outstanding Golf courses, Mediterraneo, Sergio Garcias course and Panoramica, which was designed by Bernhard Langer.

This is our 3rd visit Alcossebre and was in not for the fact had we know the area this apartment was disappointing to say the least. The photos are a little deceiving and I can only assume they were taken a few years ago as they do not relate to the current state of the accommodation.

We found we had to spend time cleaning the apartment on our arrival, as in the bathroom and cooking area and the main window.
The layout of the dining room on the phono only shares the big TV in likeness and has no comparison to the photo. Also that all the plants on the terrace where dead.
We do believe this apartment has mis-represented to us and the owner has questions to answer.

Unfortunately we do can not recommend this accommodation for this sort of price.
