This brand new ground floor apartment is in Muo - a picturesque fishing village a stone's throw away from the spectacular medieval walled town of Kotor. The apartment is bright and airy with the largest balcony (30 ft x 12 ft) on the bay, offering panoramic views over the fjord, mountains and old town of Kotor. The apartment has been built to high standards with a fully furnished and the apartment is fitted with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless broadband and satellite TV and is arguably one of the most gorgeous looking buildings on the bay. With hammocks on the balcony, this place is ideal for relaxing and absorbing the view. Walk from your front room or bedroom onto the balcony overlooking the high cliffs and rugged mountains, the beauty of the bay has to be seen to be believed. A UNESCO world heritage site, where you can find a beautiful Venetian-styled old walled city with cobbled streets, squares, shops, bars and restaurants.

From your balcony look across to Kotor Old Town & harbour across the bay (10 mins walk), & listen to the Cathedral bells chime on the wind. Watch the boats & cruise liners reach the very furthest point of the fjord. Look along the fjord for a view you will photograph many times as the light of day constantly changes. Great for people watching as the locals fish & come and go below you. By night, watch the Old Town castle wall lights light up over the mountain tops. The Boka Kotorska bay is fascinating, providing many miles of driving/walking around the fjord until you reach the open Adriatic Sea. Around the fjord are many interesting fishing villages and along the nearby Adriatic coast are the beach towns of Dubrovnik and Budva. The coastline is spectacular and offers a variety of beaches within easy driving range and, if the seaside tires, visit Montenegro’s famous mountains and Europe’s deepest canyon!

An amazing experience!

I have just returned from my holiday in Muo and had such a wonderful experience.

The apartment is fantastic! The property is modern, spacious, in excellent condition and very well maintained. Its description is more than accurate and the property actually looks better than on the pictures.
The apartment had the largest terrace in the block and I was very impressed with the idea of the hammocks. The private parking space was an added bonus.

The location was perfect, with the most spectacular view of the bay day and night.

The owners were very friendly and informative.

Muo is still an undiscovered jewel with its stunning fjord and bay and only 15 min drive away is the beautiful town of Budva, where we took a boat ride in the glorious sun to Becici beach and Sveti Stefan.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around Muo. The restaurants inside Budva’s old town city walls have great views over the bay.

We are definitely recommending this property to friends and hope to stay again ourselves.

Hi Mark,

Just wanted to say thanks a million for all your help, your directions from Dubronik were spot on. We arrived into blazing sunshine and it never let up for the whole week, needless to say we had a fantastic time and will be back again. The views were amazing from the balcony, the pictures do not do it justice. We had some great nights out in the old town (thanks for your suggestions) and some lovely days out in the surrounding villages, I dont think we've had such a relaxing holiday in years. Once again thanks for all your help.

You couldn't want for anything else!

I stayed in the apartment with my husband and teenagers. We arrived late in the evening and woke up the next day to the most amazing view, the photos don't do it justice!

The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you will need. It has the added bonus of wi fi on the balcony which enabled us to keep in touch with friends and family and post our daily blog and photos on the internet.

We had a hire car, though you could manage without one, and travelled around quite alot. We enjoyed exploring inland, spectacular mountain scenery but roads quite challenging!
We also drove along the entire coast of Montenegro from Croatia to Albania and then back via Lake Skadar.

Muo is an excellent location, close enough to Kotor to enable you to walk there..We climbed the city walls, though i would recommend doing this early in the morning as it can get too hot later in the day. We also hired a small motor boat, with a sun canopy, for 65 Euros a day, from Kotor. This was well worth the money, we spent 2 days exploring the fjord, jumping off the boat and swimming and stopping off for lunch,drinks and icecreams.

We had two weeks of sunshine, not a cloud in the sky. We used the swimming pool everyday, even at night!

At the end of the holiday, we all said it was one of the best holidays we had ever had.

We would like to thank the owner, Mark, for all his help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing apartment, massive terrace, fantastic views!
Great place to stay whether as a couple or in a group. All creature comforts. High standard of cleanliness,very well equipped with the added bonus of the best scenery in the area.

I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Fantastic Family Holiday

I visited Muo with my wife and 2 teenagers and this was undoubtedly the best holiday we’d had in a years.

The apartment was centrally located near the old town (which we loved as the kids could venture out alone at night and the journey back to the apartment was a few minutes in the taxi).

The property itself was spacious, spotless, well maintained and well equipped.

There was an enormous terrace where we would eat breakfast together as a family and a pool a few feet away where the kids would spend their time relaxing.

Kotor was a lovely town to explore and well located near to surrounding towns and villages.
The restaurant and bars were very lively and there was a fantastic variety of restaurants. There was plenty for us all to do and

We loved the fact this place had the feel of being undiscovered as it wasn’t bombarded with tourists.

We would also like to thank the owner for being so orgnanised and accommodating to our needs at such short notice and hope to visit again soon.
