Luxury Villa fitted to a very high standard situated in pleasant and peaceful surroundings and ideal for those discerning travellers who want peace and quite in 5* luxury, The Villa is ideal for those with young families who want to keep there children safe and amused whilst enjoying their family holiday. The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, there are two double rooms which contain bunk beds and a single bed,whilst the master bedroom enjoys a double bed and en-suite facilities. The two remaining bedrooms share a large bathroom equipped with both bath and shower. There is a large open plan lounge with dining room and spacious kitchen with utility room. Outside is a 10 x 5 private pool with pleasant gardens and BBQ area, It also comes with secure off road parking. The pool is cleaned and maintained to a high standard other outdoor features include private Secluded terraces with a wonderful covered naya and BBQ area with dining table and chairs.

Luxury Villa located in the quite suburb of Costa Nova Javea,Close to quite, sandy, and safe beaches and yet close to the Old town of Javea about 10 minutes drive away. Other attractions include the lovely town of Denia which is a major ferry port and shopping centre, Why not catch one of the fast and frequent ferries to the Island of Morjca, Menorca, or Ibiza as well as regular sailings to the Canary Islands The busy and and popular resort of Benidorm is about a 30 minute drive away and the popular town of Calpe is just a 20 minute drive away. For the adventurous why not drive to the wonderful City of Valencia, just over 1 hours drive from the Villa stopping off on the way to visit some fabulous sandy beaches.

Luxury Villa on the costa Blanca: The Villa is situated in a residential area of Javea on the Costa Blanca, Close by are supermarkets and local restaurants as well as some fantastic beaches that are safe and clean and highly recommended by the local community on the costa nova Javea. Within walking distance of the villa are tennis courts, and local bars and restaurants that come highly recommended by previous customers, and are open all the year round. It is recommended that you drive to local beaches (5 mins) due to lack of pavements and narrow roads leading down to the beaches.

Local Golf Club: Situated within 10 minutes drive of the Villa is Javea Golf Club, 9 Hole course.

We stayed here at the Casa Marie in August 2008 and we had a fabulous holiday. Weather was lovely as was the pool which was a god send with the children, we hardly went to the local beaches. Villa was as described and very clean and welcoming on our arrival, The Pool house with all the facilities makes this a great place to stay, We have reserved 2 weeks for 2009. Hope that this review is helpful and anyone with kids this Villa is a must and so safe.
