The Villa is situated in a residential area of Javea on the Costa Blanca, Close by are supermarkets and local restaurants as well as some fantastic beaches that are safe and clean and highly recommended by the local community on the costa nova Javea. Within walking distance of the villa are tennis courts and local bars that open all the year round. It is recommended that you drive to local beaches (5 mins) due to lack of pavements and narrow roads leading down to the beaches.
