Located on one of the prettiest squares in Villefranche this first floor apartment is very close to all amenities, train station and buses. Set in the heart of one of the world's most beautiful bays, the original Old Town of Villefranche-sur-Mer sits at the base of a natural amphitheatre of mountains and terraced hills. This is one of the reasons so many people fall in love with Villefranche. Lots of charming restaurants, pretty views, open air cinema, music (in season) and museums in the Citadelle of Villefranche. Diving school, boat hire and boat excursions available from the quay side. Nearby areas of Mount Boron, which looks down over the bay from the West; and St. Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Eze Village and Eze Bord de Mer to the East. Five minutes to Nice and 20 minutes to Monaco by train. Italy is only 1 hour away.

Notes to the rental rates

€300 security deposit payable on arrival which will be returned upon departure.

€80 per week for cleaning payable in cash to the key holder upon departure.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full balance is due 60 days before arrival as well as a the Security Deposit of 300 Euros which will be reimbursed quickly at the end of the stay.
All amounts will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled and the property can be let again for the same period.
Any breakages-damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Arrival is after 16.00h and departure is before 10.00h on the changeover day.

We returned just yesterday from a five day break in this little studio in the heart of Villefranche old town and felt we had to write a review, as this place couldn't have been more perfect! Absolutely charming!
The studio is accurately described - recently renovated, with everything you could ask for: fantastic location, light, clean and bright, with every mod con, and presented with style. Though small, the clever layout and attention to detail meant that we didn't feel cramped. We had originally been looking for a slightly larger apartment than this, preferably with a sea view, but were unable to find exactly what we wanted. This studio came closest and we can honestly say we were not in any way disappointed. It provided an ideal base from which to explore Villefranche and the surrounding area.
Easy to reach from Nice airport - either by bus, train or taxi. No need for a car. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly, helpful owner who had thoughtfully provided some basic provisions - and a great bottle of wine. No more than a few minutes away from anything we could want - fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops, the port, the beach, walks or transport to nearby villages/towns, etc.
Villefranche itself has to be one of the most beautiful places imaginable. The curve of the bay with the stunning view across to Cap Ferrat, the cobbled streets of the old town, the stunning colours... We immediately felt relaxed, at home, and fell in love with the place and the friendly locals.
Each morning we enjoyed fresh croissants from the nearby boulangerie on our sunny balcony overlooking the quaint little square. At any time of the day it was a joy to sit there and watch the world go by, feeling totally immersed in French village life. Then a stroll through the cobbled streets, always amazed at the beauty of our surroundings - a photo opportunity around every corner.
Such a choice of cafes and restaurants. So much to see and do. Our only disappointment was that we only had five days in this most beautiful of places. We hope to go back very soon and would highly recommend it to anyone.
