Refurbished in 2006, this elegant, classical, Portuguese style, air-conditioned villa is in a peaceful, elevated position in a quiet cul-de-sac. On the edge of Lakeside Village, there are pine forest views from the first floor terrace, which has its own built-in barbecue and outside dining area.The spacious pool terrace on the lower level has features a large heated swimming pool (approx. 12 x 4 mts) surrounded by mature gardens. The upper floor consists of a spacious, open-plan lounge and dining area with Cable TV and patio doors to the upper terrace, where steps lead down to the swimming pool.The newly-fitted kitchen, also on the upper floor, is well equipped with dishwasher and microwave as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.On the lower floor, three of the bedrooms look out onto the pool area and all bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and dressing room.

Quinta do Lago situated in the finest, most unspoiled, area in the whole of the Algarve, is widely regarded one of Europe’s premier destinations. It is a unique collection of luxury resorts and private villas all within 1800 acres of the Quinta do Lago estate - its spectacular rolling countryside interspersed with pine forest, lush green fairways, fresh and salt water lakes. Miles of un-crowded sandy beach are reached by foot bridge across the adjoining Ria Formosa, a tidal estuary, designated a nature reserve, which is the protected home of many rare migrating birds. Quinta do Lago is famous for its 4 championship golf courses, but there is lots more beside. The large lake offers windsurfing, sailing and fishing and at the beach there is waterskiing, jetski and paragliding. There are two nature trails along the Ria Formosa nature reserve with a hide for birdwatchers. The Tennis Centre has floodlit courts and professional tuition and there is also a riding centre with escorted rides
