Located in the Playa Flamenca area of Orihuela Costa 10 minutes south of Torrevieja. Very close to many blue flag beaches including Playa Flamenca and La Zenia beach with watersports, beach bar/restaurant etc. Situated close to La Mata natural salt lakes and conservation lakes. Near to town of Torrevieja with new shopping centre with many designer shops and huge Carrafour supermarket. Lots of things to do including water park, go-karting, horse riding, water sports, tennis, cycling etc. Boat trips to the local Island of Ta Barca and coastal trips. Fishing trips can be booked locally. Visit the many fiestas in the local villages and towns and be prepared to be amazed at the sights. Also there is a street market every day of the week in the area. Ideal area for golfers who have the choice of several golf courses which you don't have to be a member of. Taking a holiday in this area is ideal for families and couples or just come by yourself and enjoy it. Surrounded by all amenities.

About the area: Costa Blanca is situated in southern Spain in the region of Valencia, where it has all year round mild temperatures. Reaching from Benidorm down to San Pedro. It boasts magnificent old towns of Orihuela and Murcia surrounded by orange and lemon groves and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. There are many beautiful white sandy beaches most with blue flag status, varying from long stretches to small coves. There are two big natural salt-water lagoons, which together with the local temperatures create a healthy micro-climate. It is claimed to be the second healthiest place in the world to live in after California. Salt is still taken from various lakes and is exported to many countries around the world. The salt lakes are a favorite place for flamingos to flock which you can see all year round. The Spanish are very proud of their Festivals which occur throughout the year in various towns and villages.

Local Market: There is an open air market within 10 minutes walk of the rental every Saturday. Large variety of goods, leather, clothing, accessories toys, household items etc. and of course fruit and vegetables.

Golf Information: : There are 3 Championship Golf Courses nearby (within 20 minute drive). Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor.

Other Activities: Go-karting, aqua park, animal safari park etc

Had a fabulous holiday here. The villa was spotless and in an excellent location for the amenities. The pool was well maintained and in lovely gardens. The villa was spacious but no air conditioning on the top floor was a big issue for us because even with a fan, the top of the house was roasting and we were unable to use it at night. The only other problem we encountered was the cable television did not work and we were unable to get this sorted out in time to get the benefit of it. All in all though I'd recomment the villa to others.

Was the description accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc.?
Yes, accurate enough to be satisfied. Only the dining area has NOT "seating for 6 people" and the table is too small for 6 persons, so we had to eat separately from the kids. it is NOT "wheelchair accessible", if you have a wheelchair, you can not enter the building, once carried inside only the first floor is accessible. "clothes dryer" ?? yes there is a drying rack.

Was the property clean, well-maintained, etc.?
Very clean and well-maintained, apart from some little issues not to be mentioned here and which can easily be repaired.

Did the owner provide good customer service?
Very good.

Would you recommend this property to a friend?
Yes.

What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike?
The swimming pool was really fantiastic!

The people around are very nice, also towards the children.

PD Property Management who manage this villa is a very good and trustfull company. Very nice doing business with.
