Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. £200 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection. Optional pool heating at £100 per week (recommended between October and May). Minimum stay 3 nights. Stays of 8 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of £45. No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.
